MethylMagnet® mCpG Island Primers

    
   

Primer kits for analyzing methylation of 24 different CpG islands, including those associated with tumor suppressors, DNA repair enzymes, cell cycle control proteins, and imprinted genes are currently available. Each kit provides enough reagents to analyze both the supernatant (unmethylated) and eluted (methylated) fractions from the 24 samples fractionated with a MethylMagnet® mCpG DNA Isolation Kit. In addition, RiboMed offers custom development of MethylMagnet® Primer kits for any island with a minimal order and is adding new islands each week. Inquire if the island of interest to you isn’t listed.

Custom MethylMagnet® mCpG Island Primer kits can also be assembled for a mixture of islands.
